Audemars Piguet House London staff need a training from Harrods on how to treat customers. Went to collect a watch that was paid for in AP yesterday.
The woman Dana whom we had an appointment with to collect the watch wasn't there and hadn't bothered to let us know. When we turned up ,this woman who opened the doors to let us in, gave us the most disgusting look , like we were criminals. Why are you here was her first question. Don't you guys in AP communicate??
It dosen't cost you to smile and say hello madam or hello sir, how can I help you does it?Literally snatches the paid bill from my hand and disappears without saying a word. We were left standing and standing . The manager Alex turns up after some time with the watch. We were still standing, dosent smile or offers a seat or anything.
Hands us the watch, doesn't even offer us a chair to sit when trying the watch. Still standing we try the watch on. The rudest manager a company can hire. No smile cant communicate in English properly, just the rudest person you will ever meet.
He just wanted us to take the watch and leave. You will get better service in pound land then these staffs who think customers are beneath them. Don't forget, you exist because of your customers. Getting way too big for their boots.
